Job Purpose
The Client Relationship Assistant will principally assist the Executive and the Client Relationship Officer in their daily duties. He/She will need to build and maintain business relationships with the company clients, ensuring that they receive the customised service they need.
Main duties:
- Assist in the renewal process preparation.
- Prepare competitive quotations and ensure follow-ups are done for same.
- Ensure adequate checking of insurance related documents / client instructions received and errors minimised,
- Ensure proper filing of documents on the internal system.
- Provide reports as and when needed by your reporting line.
Skills / Qualifications:
- HSC or any other certification in management.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role will be an advantage.
- Good command of Microsoft tools
- Knowledge of a computer-based client management software will be appreciated.
- Willingness to learn.
- Self-starter, able to work under pressure, multi-task.
- Service oriented mindset.
- Team player.
- Good attitude, self – disciplined, hard worker.
- An eye for details.
- Ethical, principled, and willing to take the lead in setting the tone for corporate integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
