Purpose

Provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and client service excellence support to facilitate efficient insurance portfolio management and broking operations.

Main Duties

  • Support SME & Private insurance portfolios across new business, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Prepare placing slips, debit notes, and policy documentation.
  • Liaise with insurers for placement, issuance, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain compliant records in line with broking and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least a Higher School Certificate
  • 1 – 2 years’ hands-on experience in a similar position
