Provides administrative and operational support to corporate health insurance clients, encompassing policy administration, client correspondence, renewals coordination, and service follow-up in accordance with established procedures.
Main Duties :
- Manage and service an assigned portfolio of corporate health insurance clients, ensuring high service quality and client relation.
- Launch and analyse annual tender exercises and proposals with insurers and clients.
- Prepare clear and structured tender analysis reports and renewal summaries for client presentation and decision-making.
- Coordinate annual renewals, policy endorsements, and contractual documentation with insurers and internal teams.
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients, handling inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution with agreed SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, KYC, and internal governance requirements.
- Maintain accurante client records, reports, and portfolio data in internal systems.
Skills/Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experienced in insurance tenders, proposal analysis, and renewal negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills.
