  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in insurance or insurance broking, with proven exposure to corporate health insurance portfolios.
  • Qualifications: Diploma in insurance or equivalent qualifications
  • MS Office Tools: Proficient

Provides administrative and operational support to corporate health insurance clients, encompassing policy administration, client correspondence, renewals coordination, and service follow-up in accordance with established procedures.

Main Duties :

  • Manage and service an assigned portfolio of corporate health insurance clients, ensuring high service quality and client relation.
  • Launch and analyse annual tender exercises and proposals with insurers and clients.
  • Prepare clear and structured tender analysis reports and renewal summaries for client presentation and decision-making.
  • Coordinate annual renewals, policy endorsements, and contractual documentation with insurers and internal teams.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for clients, handling inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution with agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, KYC, and internal governance requirements.
  • Maintain accurante client records, reports, and portfolio data in internal systems.

  • Demonstrated experienced in insurance tenders, proposal analysis, and renewal negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of corporate health insurance products, policy administration, and renewal processes.
